Personal budgeting for entrepreneurship is about diversifying, diversifying and putting your money in the right places to help achieve business goals. The workshop takes entrepreneurs through careful assessment of their business idea and takes them through an exercise of breaking down their projects into incremental phases that are matched with personal financial realities. In addition, participants are introduced to the bookkeeping requirements for a startup.
